RF design engineer in Belgium

My client has an ambitious 3G/4G rollout program in 2014 which will require a lot of changes in the network.

Your job is to design the best mobile access network to ensure the best coverage and performance taking into account technical, business, legal and budget requirements.

In more practical terms the work consist of:

• Participate in discussions with different stakeholders (ex. business teams) to define the requirements/needs.
• Provide design guidelines and recommendations (ex. roll-out prioritization criteria)
• Participate in the evaluation of new solutions/technologies.
• Capacity management follow-up.

The profile we look for:

• You have a proven track record in dealing with RF design.
• Sufficient technical background in the RF domain (2G, 3G, 4G, antennas).
• Knowledge of Huawei equipment is a plus.
• You also have good communication skill and are a team player.
• You are methodical and organized, creative, positive and taking initiative.
• Language: Fluent in English, knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.
